 Seller mailed wrong product, then couldn't deliver the right one. Oct 01, 2009
Seller mailed me the wrong memory chip. I contacted him and he said he would not be able to deliver the correct item. I offered to return the item received but he said to discard it.

Memory modules were perfect. One of the modules shipped to me was not the right module, but the seller Immediately replaced the module and told me not to bother returning the incorrect item. Great service on common mistake.

Buying memory is easy if you do your research first, know what your computer can handle checking out carefully before you begin to shop. Using Amazon has ALWAYS been easy and usefull to research, search and purchase.

Good cheap memory just what us old coots need. This was an upgrade for an HP a6110n computer. It went into the 2 expansion slots without problems and as far as I can tell is working well, no crashes or memory error messages from Vista which was installed on this computer at delivery
